Adani Infra buys 34% stake in PSP Projects, becomes promoter of the company
Adani Infra has completed the acquisition of a 34.4 per cent stake in PSP Projects. According to an exchange filing by PSP Projects, Adani Infra, along with existing promoters, has become the promoter of the company after the conclusion of the share purchase agreement.

DLF needs a wow factor even after a solid start to FY26
DLF Ltd saw a significant boost in its pre-sales, or bookings, in the June quarter (Q1FY26), driven primarily by the robust response to its luxury residential launch, Privana North (Phase 3). Pre-sales jumped 78% year-on-year to ₹11,425 crore, with Privana North accounting for a staggering 96% of bookings. The remainder came from ongoing sales at The Dahlias project.

Development of 8391-km expressways taken up; over 60% completed: Nitin Gadkari
The government has taken up development of access-controlled National High Speed Corridors and Expressways of total 8,391 km length, out of which 5,110 km has been constructed so far, Parliament Parliamentwas informed on Wednesday.
Gadkari: 1,240 NH projects worth Rs 7.8L crore under construction
New Delhi: Union Minister Nitin Gadkari on Wednesday said 1,240 national highways projects in 29,406 km, costing Rs 7.80 lakh crore, are currently under construction in the country, of which 15,674 km have been completed. These projects are under various stages of construction and are scheduled for completion in a phased manner by the financial year 2028-29, Gadkari said in a written reply to Rajya Sabha.
The ministry of road transport and highways is primarily responsible for the development and maintenance of National Highways (NHs) and Expressways. Responding to a separate question, the minister said that during the current Financial Year 2025-26, the government has prepared the annual plan for the development of about 19,555 km of NHs, including about 548 km in the State of West Bengal.
